REBECCA’S PRIVATE IDAHO 2025: FOUR DAYS OF GRAVEL, COMMUNITY AND LEGENDS IN KETCHUM

The Gravel Earth Series stayed in the United States for yet another iconic race — Rebecca’s Private Idaho (RPI). From August 28–31, 2025, riders took on a unique format across four days and three competitive stages in the spectacular setting of Ketchum, Idaho.

Known for combining challenging courses with a festival atmosphere, RPI offered riders a true test of endurance and versatility. From the flowing singletrack of the Harriman Trail to the punishing gradients of the Dollarhide Summit Time Trial, capped off by the legendary Baked Potato, the event blended racing intensity with the breathtaking mountain landscapes of Blaine County. With +10% points on the line, it was a decisive weekend in the Gravel Earth Series.

Women’s Race: Villafañe unstoppable in Idaho

Argentina’s Sofía Gómez Villafañe once again proved why she is one of the brightest stars of gravel racing. Across the stages, she displayed consistency and strength, sealing victory on the final day in 8h12.

She was chased all the way by Whitney Allison, who finished just one minute behind, while Brazil’s Flavia Oliveira Parks secured third. The top five also included Kait Boyle and Becca Book, both delivering strong rides on the demanding Idaho terrain.

Men’s Race: Beers doubles up, Stetina close behind

After his triumph at Gravel Worlds, South Africa’s Matt Beers carried his momentum into Idaho. He dominated the men’s race, finishing in 7h07 and holding off American veteran Peter Stetina by less than a minute.

Behind them, Martin Mudry rounded out the podium, followed by Zack Allison and Todd Maderis in fourth and fifth. The top ten saw a mix of established names and fresh faces, highlighting the depth of talent in this year’s Gravel Earth Series.
